Registration Fees

The registration fee includes admission to all conference events, a copy of the proceedings CD, local transportation, conference dinner, all coffee breaks and refreshments and a day-trip to Jerash. The conference will also subsidize a day-trip to Petra and a night stay at Wadi Rum, in addition to providing very special hotel rates.

* At least one author has to register within 2 weeks after notification to be included into the program.
** Exhibition spaces for the 3-day event includes table, 2 chairs and electricity, two conference passes and corporate insert in the conference pack. Please ask for a network connection.

Registration Fees for authors

At least one author per paper must register and pay the full registration fee (at the non-student rate) according to the following schedule:

Registration fees include:

Attending all technical sessions and tutorials
Coffee breaks lunches and a banquet dinner
1 CD copy of the proceedings and the program booklet

To register for the conference, please complete the registration form and remit the payment (as indicated therein) (pdf form, doc form).

To register for any of the tutorials, please complete the relevant form (doc form).

Please complete the IEEE Copyright form and upload it together with your camera-ready submission. (pdf form, doc form).

Important for Authors::
To Ensure that your paper is indexed into IEEE Xplore, you MUST have it formatted in an Xplore-Compatible PDF format. Use the link: http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp and proceed thereon to either check whether the formatting of your PDF file is OK; otherwise, you can upload your source file (word file, word perfect, etc) and IEEE support will convert it for you according to the required format. To use the link above, make sure you enter our conference ID as isma08x. You may need to create your own account as well. Make sure you UPLOAD your PDF file again onto www.trackchair.com once the formatting is taken care of. Thank you!
